What is laughter yoga?
Laughter relaxation or laughter yoga is a combination of breathing exercises and physical exercises of laughter.
- Unified concept: Anyone can laugh for no reason and without a sense of humor
- We laugh at the group in the forms of exercises with eye contact which helps connecting “false” (physically caused laugh) with “real” (spontaneous laughter).
- This is a combination of physical exercises and breathing exercises with laughter where we bring more oxygen to the body and brain, and it makes us healthier and full of energy.
- Scientific fact is that the body and the brain does not recognize the difference between fake and real laughter so with laughter exercises we achieve same effect and well-being as well as when it comes to real laughter.
- Yoga laughter was designed by MD Dr. Madan Kataria together with 5 people in 1995, and today he has 6,000 clubs in 60 countries

You will have opportunity to Train with international certified Yoga laughter instructor. Educated by certified Master Mr. Daniejela Biondić Vidakovic who finished her education directly with dr.Madan Kataria in Finland.
